Results from RegattaManager

If you work with an installed RegattaManager or RM-Lite on competition day, it transfers its results to the portal's results page. It also fetches the entries from the portal; see Connect an installed RegattaManager.

Set up the transfer

1. On the “Publication” page, open the “Results from RegattaManager” card.
2. Leave “Make the results public with the first transfer” ticked if the results page should become visible with the first transfer.
3. Choose “Create address”. The address is shown only once; copy it right away.
4. Enter the address in the WWW export of RegattaManager and start the full export.

After that, the card shows the status, the bound regatta, the number of races and the last transfer.

Rules

• The first transferred regatta is bound to the address; races of another regatta are rejected.
• A competition gets its results either from the portal's Regatta Manager or from RegattaManager. If the Regatta Manager has already published races, the card is locked.

Manage

• “Create new address” replaces the address, for example if it has fallen into the wrong hands; the old one is then no longer valid.
• “Revoke address” ends the transfer.
• “Reset” deletes the address and all transferred races, files and links.

Each of these actions asks for confirmation first.
