IMAS Regatta
Besides start lists and results, the public results page can show downloads, links, videos and the medal table. Everything appears only while the public results are switched on.
Files and links for the whole competition
In the “Files and links on the results page” card on the Publication page, you add what does not belong to any single race, such as the timetable, the results booklet or a link to the club's website:
- “Upload file”: PDF, TXT, XLS, XLSX, DOC or DOCX up to 10 MB;
- “Add link”: “Address” and “Label”;
- arrange with “Move up” and “Move down”, change the label with “Rename”, remove with “Delete” after a confirmation prompt.
The entries appear on the results page under “Downloads”, next to “Start list (PDF)” and “Results (PDF)”, which the portal creates itself.
Files, links and video of a race
On the race page, below the results, you add files and links for this one race, for example the finish photo or the report. They appear with the race as soon as it is published.
Under “Video” you enter an “Own video link” for the race if the automatic link from the Livestream does not fit; “Remove own link” restores the automatic one.
Result lists as PDF
Every print dialog under Print & export has the button “Publish on results page” next to “Create PDF”. It puts the generated PDF among the downloads of the results page, for example the result list of a day in your layout.
Header and footer image
The header image from the print settings (under Print & export) also appears at the top of the results page; otherwise the competition's logo does. 3000 × 600 pixels are recommended.
Medal table
Under “Reports”, card “Rules for medal table and points”, you set how counting works: points per place, grouping by club or nation, official races only, whether finals B, C … continue the order of final A. With “Show the medal table on the public results page” and “Save”, it appears on the results page.
