IMAS Regatta
Officials are people with a task at the competition, for example referees, starters or timekeepers. They do not need an account.
Record officials
Under “Officials” (Programme phase) you enter for each person the last name, first name, function, optionally club, licence number and e-mail address, the duty day (one competition day or all days), the from and to times (24-hour) and a note.
The e-mail address is not printed on the lists; with it you reach the officials through the circular e-mail.
Take over the clubs' referees
The page offers the referees that clubs have named in the entry portal. “Take over” creates them once as officials with the function Referee and their e-mail address.
Excel import
You can import an Excel sheet with a header row (required: Last name and Function; optional: First name, Club, Licence, E-Mail, Day, From, To, Notes). The preview shows new, already existing and faulty rows; the import only goes ahead without errors.
The officials list (alphabetical) and the roster (per day by function) are available as PDF on the page and under Print & export.
People with access to the workspace (Results entry, Race office, Announcer), on the other hand, you add as Helpers with roles.
