Contact

Send us questions, suggestions and problems with the portal using the contact form. Questions about a particular competition (deadlines, fees, late entries) are answered by the organizer; their contact details are on the competition page.

Write a message

1. Open Contact: without signing in using “Contact” in the footer of every page, signed in also using “Contact” in the navigation.
2. Enter your name and e-mail address. Signed in, both are filled in from your account; you can change them.
3. Choose the topic, for example “Club and entries”, “Results” or “Technical problem”.
4. Write your message (at least 10 characters). For questions about a competition, a club or a boat, give its name so we find it quickly.
5. Without signing in, a field above the button checks that a person sends the form. Usually this happens by itself; if it asks you to click, follow the hint.
6. Click “Send message”.

The page then says “Thank you! Your message has arrived.” We reply by e-mail to the address you entered. “Write another message” opens the form again.

If the name or the message is missing, or the message is too short, the hint is shown next to the field. You can send a few messages per hour; after that the page asks you to try again later.

Direct contact

Signed in, the page shows the card “Direct contact” on the right (below on a phone) with our e-mail address, the phone number and the hours you can reach us by phone. Clicking the address opens your e-mail program; clicking the number dials it on a phone.
