After the entry deadline you build the program: generate races, assign boat numbers, draw lanes. Before that, every race class needs a qualification mode.
The “Qualification & schedule” page
Under “Race classes”, tab “Qualification & schedule”, each class is listed with number, boat class, distance, gender and age, the number of entries and races, and its qualification mode. From here you generate and draw the races, for all classes or individually via the class's ⋮ menu.

Generate races
- Choose “Generate races for all classes” or, in the ⋮ menu of a class, “Generate races”.
- Set the first start, the interval in minutes and the racing hours of the day (default 09:00–18:00, optionally a break). Races that no longer fit into the day continue on the next competition day. Finals with a start time from the race class keep that time.
- The preview shows all missing races with consecutive race numbers and planned start times.
- “Create races” creates them with empty lanes.

Long distance is a mass start without lanes: one race per class with one start position per boat.
You create single races on the race page with “Create race”. “No. in round” is the number within the stage (“Heat 2”); the “Race no.” is unique across the competition.
Boat numbers and the draw
“Draw class” (per class) or “Draw all races” distributes the boats randomly across the lanes of the first stage:
- Under “Boat numbers”, choose “Keep”, “Fill gaps” or “Completely reassign at random”. For the last two, “First boat number” sets the starting value (101 is usual for long distance).
- Optional: “Separate boats from the same club where possible”.
- The preview shows the boat numbers, capacity problems and crew errors. Confirm to draw.

Started or already scored races are never overwritten; withdrawn boats are skipped. “Draw all races” can be limited to a range of race numbers, skip classes and leave boat numbers free between the classes.
Before the start you change the lanes of a single race directly on the race page or under “Lane board per class”; see Daily schedule and timetable. The portal fills the following races (intermediate rounds, finals) later from the results; see Enter results and mark them official.
“Draw class” is disabled? Then the class has no races yet: first assign a mode and generate races.
