Clubs make their own entries in the entry portal. As the organizer you can also maintain everything directly in the workspace, for example for clubs without an account or on race day.
Boats
The “Boats” page has the tabs Boats, Late entries, Exception requests and Excel import.
- Narrow the boat list down to one race class.
- “Create boat” opens a dialog with club, boat name, pool boat, crew and substitutes. The athletes of the boat's club are listed first.
- You open an existing boat with “Edit boat”; the ⋯ menu holds “Edit crew”, “Withdraw” and “Undo withdrawal”.

A boat you create after the entry deadline is automatically an accepted late entry with the class's late entry fee; you can waive the late entry fee per boat. If a boat already has lanes or results, the dialog warns you before a crew change. Only the Manager offers a prefix and postfix for the boat name, for example for start lists.

Excel import
In the “Excel import” tab you take over entries from an Excel file, for example from the old system. The preview shows errors and athletes without gender or year of birth before anything is saved.
Clubs and athletes
- Clubs shows the clubs of the competition. The tabs “Team leaders & referees” and “Billing addresses” check for missing details.
- Athletes shows status, start release and starts for each athlete. “Create athlete” and “Edit athlete” require first name, last name and gender. The filter “Only without a valid start release” shows who has no release for the competition year.
- Check start eligibility takes the export of the federation database and updates the start releases; athletes without a match are listed with their starts.
Changes in the competition affect only the competition's copy; the club maintains its own data in the entry portal.
Search
The search field in the competition's header finds boats, athletes, clubs and races and jumps straight to the matching page.
Check boats
The tool “Validate boats against race classes” under Tools checks all boats against the age, gender and crew of their class, including imported boats and boats you created yourself.
