The “Team leaders” page in the Programme phase guides you through the team leader meeting club by club.

Attendance

The overview shows for each club the team leader from the entry portal, the attendance status and open decisions. For each club you set “Confirmed” or “Absent” and can save a note. “Attendance list (PDF)” prints all clubs with a column for signatures.

Decisions

For each club you record requests concerning a boat of that club and approve or reject each of them exactly once:

Crew change: a new crew from the club's athletes. Approval changes the crew with the same rules as the boat dialog.
Withdrawal: withdraws the boat; lanes in races that have not started yet become free, and the club managers are notified.
Late entry: takes the boat on as an accepted late entry with the class's late entry fee. If the boat does not exist yet, create it afterwards under “Boats”.

If a decision cannot be applied (for example because the new crew breaks the class rules), it stays open and the page states the reason. A rejection changes nothing.
