My entries
“My entries” (My entries, linked on the entries page) shows all of your club's boats in a competition, including other clubs' pool boats with your athletes:
- one expandable group per race class with the number of boats and the total of the fees;
- for each boat the entry number, race class, boat name, crew (coxswain with “(cox)”, substitutes marked), status and fee;
- the status is one of: on time, late entry pending/accepted/rejected, drawn, started, result or withdrawn.

From here you can edit or withdraw a boat. “Download as Excel” provides the list with the sheets “Entries”, “Starts per athlete” and “Bookings”.
Starts and schedule conflicts
As soon as the organizer has held the draw, each boat shows its race with number, round, planned start time and lane. The “Athletes” view lists all starts per athlete and warns of a schedule conflict if two races of an athlete are less than 30 minutes apart. Below, under “Without a start”, are the athletes who are not in any boat.
Status and costs
On the entries page, the “Status and costs” card shows for the selected club and competition:
- pending, accepted and rejected late entries with their amount;
- the cost statement with all entry fees, late entry fees, camping and meal bookings and the total, also as HTML or PDF;
- the organizer's payment information: account holder, IBAN, bank and payment reference.

The portal creates cost statements, not invoices. The cost statement is always calculated from the current state of your entries. A withdrawn boat keeps its entry fee. The organizer also sends the cost statement to the billing e-mail from the club profile.
Deadlines and documents
The “Deadlines and documents” card lists the deadlines for boats, crews and late entries and, if offered, for camping and meals, each with date, time and countdown (“3 days left”, “today”, “passed”). It also shows the competition's documents, such as the announcement and the schedule.
