You find your boats on Entries or in the My entries list. There, “Edit” opens the boat.
Change the crew or boat name
- Open the boat with “Edit” and change the crew or boat name.
- “Review changes” checks all rules without saving and shows the previous and new crew, the fee afterwards and whether the organizer is informed.
- “Save changes” applies the change.

If someone else has saved the boat in the meantime, the review reports the conflict; then load the current state and make your change again.
Deadlines: Until the athlete entry deadline, you change the crew and boat name directly. If the competition allows late entries, after that, until the late entry deadline, every change of the crew or boat name becomes a request to the organizer (see below). After the late entry deadline, the crew can no longer be changed, while the boat name can still be changed directly.
After the draw: If the boat has already been drawn into a race, you may still change the crew. The organizers then receive an e-mail with the old and the new crew. As soon as the boat's race has started or has a result, the club can no longer change the crew; then the organizer decides.
Request a change (late entry period)
During the late entry period, a boat that has already been accepted only changes once the organizer agrees:
- Change the boat as described above; the form points out that the change becomes a request.
- “Review changes” names the possible late entry fee: at most the late entry fee of the race class, once per boat. In the comment field you can optionally write a message to the organizer.
- “Request change” sends the request.
Until the decision, the boat stays unchanged, also in start lists and in the cost statement. Below it, the boat list shows “Change requested” with the requested crew. If you change the boat again, this replaces the request. If you restore the previous state or choose “Take request back”, the request is withdrawn. You see the organizer's decision and remark under “Registration status & costs”.
You can still change a late entry that the organizer has not accepted yet directly.
Withdraw a boat
If a boat cannot start, withdraw it instead of deleting it:
- Until the entry deadline, you choose “Withdraw” yourself and confirm.
- From the entry deadline on (also on race day), there is “Request withdrawal” instead, optionally with a comment. Until the organizer decides, the boat stays entered; if the organizer accepts, it is withdrawn, and the organizer sets a late entry fee (which can also be 0). Until then you can take the request back with “Take request back”.

A withdrawn boat keeps its boat number, previous races and results, is removed from races that have not started yet and takes part in no further draw. The entry fee stays in the cost statement. “Undo withdrawal” is possible until the class is drawn again. A pool boat can be withdrawn only by the club it belongs to.
Delete a boat
Until the entry deadline, you can delete a boat after a confirmation prompt; it then also drops out of the cost statement. From the entry deadline on, only the organizer can delete. If a boat already has official results, the portal suggests “Withdraw instead” so that the results are kept.
After the competition
After the competition has ended, entries and crews are locked for clubs.
