Manage your club

Maintain the club profile, logo, billing address, members and membership requests.

The club page (via Clubs and then your club) has several tabs: “Athletes”, “Team leaders & referees”, “Racing community” and, for managers, also “Profile” and “Members”.

Decide on membership requests (managers)

Open requests appear as the “Open membership requests” card above the tabs, with name, e-mail address, date and message. Choose “Accept” or “Reject”. On your account page and in the club list you see how many requests are open.

Profile (managers)

  • In the “Profile” tab you maintain the address, club number, federation, sports and the billing details.
  • The billing e-mail and address are important: that is where the organizer sends the cost statement. Without a billing e-mail, your club receives no cost statement by e-mail.
  • Under “Club logo” you upload a logo (PNG, JPEG or SVG, at most 1 MB). It appears next to the club name in the results, on the display board and in start and result lists. “Remove logo” deletes it again.

Members (managers)

In the “Members” tab you see and manage the club's memberships with role (manager or member) and status.

Racing community

A racing community is a “club” of its own made up of several member clubs. It does not maintain its own athletes: in the “Racing community” tab, the member clubs release athletes that the racing community may use for entries. A new racing community must be approved by the portal operator before it can enter boats.

Several clubs

If you are a member of several clubs, you explicitly select each time on the “Entries” and “Athletes” pages which club you are working for. Data of several clubs is never mixed. Above every form, “Working for: …” shows the selected club.
