Offer camping and meals

Create camping categories and meals with prices, periods and deadlines, and see the clubs' bookings.

Camping and meals are optional offers. Whether they are offered, with which booking deadline and whether late bookings are allowed is set in the setup wizard in the “Camping & meals” step.

Camping

Under “Camping” you create categories (for example tent, camper) with price, late entry fee, period and optionally a number of places. A new category starts with arrival on the day before the first competition day and ends on the last competition day.

Meals

Under “Meals” you create meal types with price and late entry fee. A new meal is ticked on all competition days; untick the days without this meal.

Deadlines

The booking deadlines are dates and apply until 23:59 of that day. Late bookings after the deadline cost the price plus the late entry fee, and you have to accept or reject them; you do that in the “Late entries” tab of the Boats page.

The booked quantities appear in the collective entries (Print & export) with totals per category, per day and meal, and in the clubs' cost statements.
