Book camping and meals

If the organizer offers camping or meals, the “Camping” and “Meals” tabs appear on Entries as soon as a club and a competition are selected. Every active club member may book for their club.

Camping

1. Select the category, the period (arrival and departure) and the quantity.
2. The portal checks the booking and shows a summary with deadlines, late booking status and the expected costs.
3. Confirm to save the booking.

A category can have a limited number of places.

Meals

1. For each meal slot (day and meal), enter the quantity.
2. “Save” saves one slot; “Save all meals” checks all changed slots in one dialog and saves them together.

Deadlines and late booking

• The booking deadlines for camping and meals apply until 23:59 on the stated day.
• After the regular deadline, you can only book late if the organizer allows it. A late booking costs the price plus the late entry fee and must be accepted by the organizer; until then it does not count toward your costs.

After each booking, the “Status and costs” card updates the totals. If you have input that is not saved yet, the portal asks before you switch club, competition or tab.
