You enter start lists and results in the Regatta Manager. Whether and when the public sees them is your decision on the “Publication” page in the workspace (Live phase). The public results page needs no account and updates itself for spectators.
Two levels
- The main switch for the competition: “Switch public results on” makes the results page visible at all. When it is off, nothing is public.
- The display per race: Each race is “Not public”, shows only start information, or also shows the result.

Publishing the competition for entries is independent of this; see Publish a competition.
A typical competition day
- Before the first start: switch the main switch on, set the day's races to “Race and start information, without results” and switch “Publish automatically” on.
- During the day: enter times. A race with times appears publicly as “Provisional” if it may show results.
- With “Mark official”, the result automatically becomes public and appears as “Official” on the results page.
- Along the way: attach files such as the finish photo and links to the races, enter the livestream, put result lists as PDF on the results page.
Who sees what
- Spectators see the published races on the results page; see the guide Viewing results.
- Clubs get a message in their daily summary when a start list or a result with their boats is published.
- Display boards show upcoming races and results according to their own settings; see Timing and display board with a device key.
The “Views of the results pages” card shows how often the results pages were viewed in total and per day.
If the portal fee is due and not yet paid, publishing stays locked; see Paying the portal fee.
