The portal is free of charge for clubs. For organizers, a competition with more boat entries than the price list leaves free (200 at launch) costs a portal fee; the prices are under “Prices” in the footer of every page.
What it costs
The price list under “Prices” applies: for each organizer country one row for national and one for international competitions, and for all other countries the row “All other countries”. At launch:
- up to 200 boats: free of charge;
- more than 200 boats: 60 € for a national competition of an organizer from Germany, otherwise 120 €;
- from 1,000 boats: 2.5 % (national, Germany) or 5 % of the entry, late entry and athlete fees of all clubs, at least 60 € or 120 €.

All amounts are plus VAT. The price list in force at the entry deadline applies. If the prices change, you as a manager of an organizer get an e-mail in advance and accept the new price list the next time you open the portal; it is part of the terms of use.
When the boats are counted
The boats are counted at the regular entry deadline of the competition. Boats that are withdrawn or deleted later still count; late entries do not. Without an entry deadline, the boats are counted at the start of the first competition day.
If you extend the entry deadline before you have paid or requested an invoice, the boats are counted again at the new entry deadline. After the payment or the invoice request, the entry deadline can no longer be changed.
What is locked until payment
When the fee is due, the competition header shows a red notice. Until payment, or until you have confirmed an invoice, the following are locked:
- exports and printing (entry lists, start lists, result lists, programme booklet, archive, RegattaManager export);
- the publication of start lists and results on the results page and in the app;
- the offline Manager and its master in the network at the regatta course;
- display boards, timing pages and devices with a key.
Entries, planning and result entry in the portal continue.
Pay
The “Portal fee” card in the competition overview shows the status, boats and amount.
- Pay now: online through Stripe (card, SEPA and other methods). The invoice comes from Stripe by e-mail; the lock is lifted as soon as Stripe reports the payment.
- Request invoice: enter the recipient, e-mail, address, country and, if needed, the VAT ID. Stripe sends the invoice by e-mail. Enter the invoice number in the card to confirm receipt: the competition is then unlocked immediately, and payment is due within 14 days.
Invoice addresses
Under “Organizers”, enter up to five invoice e-mails for your organization, one per line. Every portal fee invoice goes to these addresses and to you when you pay or request the invoice.
Support
All competitions can reach support by e-mail at info@imas-sport.com. Competitions with a paid or confirmed portal fee can also reach it by phone (Mon–Fri 07:00–14:00); the number is in the card.
