The Regatta Manager is the part of the portal you use to run the competition: plan races, draw lanes, enter results, print lists and evaluate them. It works with the same data as the entry portal; whatever the clubs enter is in the Manager right away.
Where to find it
- Under Competitions in the navigation you find all competitions you may prepare and run, with key figures (classes, boats, races, lanes). “Open competition” takes you to the dashboard with the workflow and the open problems.
- All pages of a competition are in the workspace under “Competitions”, grouped by phase. For running the competition these are mainly “Dashboard”, “Race classes” (tab “Qualification & schedule”), “Qualification modes”, “Boats”, “Daily schedule”, “Team leaders”, “Officials”, “Print & export”, “Tools”, “Publication” and “Reports”.
- The search field in the header finds boats, athletes, clubs and races and jumps straight to the matching page. “Open live results →” shows the public results page.

The order of work
- Check entries: check boats, clubs and athletes, create missing boats. See Boats, clubs and athletes in the competition.
- Qualification modes: define which rounds a class goes through. See Qualification modes.
- Generate races and draw: create races with start times, assign boat numbers, draw lanes. See Create races and draw lanes.
- Daily schedule and meeting: check and shift the schedule, hold the team leader meeting, assign officials. See Daily schedule and timetable and Team leader meeting.
- Print: start lists, schedule and programme booklet. See Print & export.
- On competition day: enter times, mark races official, advance the qualification and publish. See Enter results and mark them official and the guide Results for organizers.
- Wrap-up: medal table, points and reports, then the archive. See Reports and wrap-up.
Who works with you
- Managers of the organizer organization may do everything.
- Helpers work with a role for this competition: Results entry (enter times), Race office (in addition boats, late entries, daily schedule and meeting) or Announcer (read only). See Helpers with roles.
- Timekeepers and display boards need no account, but a device key. See Timing and display board with a device key.
You can still work with an installed RegattaManager; see Connect an installed RegattaManager.
